He also holds the following certificates and licenses: General Operator (GMDSS), ARPA, RADAR, First Aid & Medical Care onboard, Tanker & LPG carrier Safety, RO/RO & Passenger ships safety, Radiotelephone operator, Life Saving & Fire Fighting, Radar Plotting, Navigation Aids, ISPS (Int’l Ship & Port Security), Decca, Loran, Omega, D/F, Satellite Navigation, and GPS. Captain Vassilis has more than 15 years of experience onboard Commercial Vessels (Domestic & Int’l waters) and on charter and private Yachts. He speaks fluent English. Captain Vassilis is 49 years old, married and has two children. He enjoys under water fishing, sports, karate, parachute, music, and the cinema.
ENGINEER – Nikos Malamis
Nikos is a graduate of the Marine Academy of Athens and holds an Engineer Class C’ diploma. He also holds Certificates in Life Saving & Fire Fighting, Personal Safety, and Social Responsibilities. Nikos has served as an Engineer on Private and Charter yachts for the past 2 years. He speaks English. Nikos is 28 years old and single.
CHEF – Costas Balatsoukas
Costas holds a Chef’s diploma from the Athens Tourism Institute. He is an experienced Chef with several years of experience in five star hotels and restaurants in Athens. He has also worked for 2 years on Private and Charter yachts. He masters the Mediterranean and International cuisine. Costas speaks good English. He is 26 years old and single.
