ENGINEER – Alecos Koulouris
Alecos holds a Class B’ Engineer’s Diploma and all the necessary Certificates of Safety at Sea, Life Saving & Fire Fighting, as well as a Speed Boat License. He has over 10 years of experience onboard Commercial Vessels and onboard Charter Yachts. He speaks good English. Alecos is 35 years old.
CHEF – John Balis
John was born in Belgium. He completed his preliminary studies at the Le Monde Culinary Institute of Athens and then went on to obtain his Masters from the Gregoire Feraudi Institute in Paris, France. He has over 11 years of experience internationally as a Chef in 5-star restaurants, as well as 2 and 3 star Michelin restaurants, including Paris, England, Holland, as well as onboard charter yachts. John specializes in Mediterranean and French cuisine. John also holds a Speed Boat License. He speaks fluent French and very good English. John is 34 years old and single.
CHIEF STEWARD – Manouel Dourano Jr. (June)
June has over 18 years of experience onboard large Cruise Ships and Charter Yachts. He also holds a Speed Boat License. He speaks very good English and Greek. June was born in the Philippines. He 37 years old and single.
